About the role

Administer professional massage and body treatments to clients/guests. Possess thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and a general understanding of body treatments, willing to train in specific spa offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness solutions to meet guest needs
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Maintain a valid Florida Massage Therapist License and required certifications
• Work weekends

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Valid Florida Massage Therapist License
• Ability to read, comprehend, and complete forms/reports
• Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings
• Solve practical problems and interpret instructions
• Deal with a variety of concrete variables and work in a fast-paced environment
• Work in a team environment and achieve positive guest relations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for the luxury club and service market
• Initiative and strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, confidentiality, and ethics
