Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage services in accordance with training protocols and client preferences.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and calming environment for all guests.
- Maintain punctuality and preparedness for all scheduled appointments.
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after services.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing education.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the spa and recovery experience.
- Demonstrate passion for wellness and guest-centered care.
- Maintain knowledge of all Gravity Haus offerings, including fitness, recovery, retail, and membership programs.
- Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- Remain on-site during scheduled shifts unless approved by management.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Restock linens, supplies, and back bar products as needed.
- Support seamless transitions between team members and appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment spaces and common areas.
- Follow OSHA and DORA guidelines for hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
- Absorb and assist with merchandising and inventory management when needed.
- Report maintenance, housekeeping, or safety issues promptly.
- Power down equipment and ensure safe operation of the facility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

- A licensed Massage Therapist as required by state and/or local regulations
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to exceptional guest service

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform routine spa and massage treatments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
