Responsibilities
- Perform various massage techniques to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being of club members
- Assess clients' individual needs and recommend appropriate massage treatments
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional boundaries
- Keep accurate records of client appointments, treatments, and payments
- Collaborate with other club staff to ensure a seamless experience for members
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques
Requirements
- Valid state license or certification in massage therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional massage therapist
- Strong knowledge of different massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional and polished appearance
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
