Massage Therapist

Anytime Fitness Linn Station Rd. is a premier workplace in the fitness industry, focused on helping members through coaching and community support. We are seeking part-time and full-time Massage Therapists who are highly motivated and passionate about improving lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. This role will help grow our Massage Therapy department in a creative, fun, and upbeat environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of massage services, including but not limited to:
  • Chair Assisted
  • Craniosacral
  • Deep Tissue
  • Geriatric
  • Injury Assessment
  • Myofascial Release
  • Prenatal
  • Stretching
  • Therapeutic
  • Swedish
  • Trigger Point Therapy
• Conduct Recovery sessions for gym members, including stretching and Myofascial release activities, individually or in groups.
• Educate clients and promote recovery activities.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective massage therapy, positive reviews, and referrals.
• Use digital platforms to book sessions, modify appointments, track time, document services, and record session notes.
• Provide excellent customer service through member engagement and client support.
• Achieve monthly Massage Therapy revenue goals set by management.
• Actively seek sales opportunities with existing and new clients to promote client sales growth of series and memberships.
• Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure all supplies are stocked, cleaned, and ready for each session.
• Demonstrate a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities, staying current on certifications and industry trends.

Requirements

• State licensure, kept current and in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient and up-to-date Massage Therapy skills.
• Strong ability to manage time and motivate multiple clients in a group setting.
• Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and goals.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends (specifically Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and weekday evenings).
• Reliable and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of paid Massage Therapy experience with references.
• Previous sales experience.

Pay

Compensation is based on experience, skill sets, and company need. Therapists earn:

• A set percentage of each session delivered (ranging 40-50% of the session cost).
• Commission for each sale of a series or membership.
• An hourly wage for tasks completed outside of sessions.

Hourly rate: $42.75 - $60.75.
