Massachusetts – Senior Project Manager / Team Leader – Water & Wastewater
Job Description
The Massachusetts water practice at WSP is seeking an experienced leader to help grow the practice and meet the expanding demands of the market. Key responsibilities include leading projects, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across concurrent programs
- Mentor project managers, engineers, and technical staff
- Support recruiting and succession planning as the practice grows
- Build strong client relationships and support strategic pursuits
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery performance and standards
Who We're Looking For
- PE license required
- 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting experience
- Proven project management and team leadership success on complex infrastructure programs
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with MassDEP permitting and regulatory requirements preferred
- Business development experience a plus
