About the Role

We are seeking skilled mediators to join our network across multiple Massachusetts locations, including Acton, Boston, Northampton, and Watertown. Mediators will facilitate resolution in employment disputes, with a focus on discrimination and hostile work environment cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment mediation sessions for workplace discrimination and hostile work environment claims
• Guide employees and employers through structured negotiation processes
• Maintain neutrality while ensuring all parties have opportunity to be heard
• Document mediation agreements and outcomes
• Adhere to Massachusetts employment laws and mediation standards

Requirements

• Certified mediator in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment mediation or related dispute resolution
• Demonstrated knowledge of Massachusetts employment discrimination laws
• Experience with hostile work environment cases
