Description
Mason Street Grill, part of the iconic Pfister Hotel and the growing Marcus Hotels & Resorts portfolio, seeks a Sous Chef to elevate the guest experience while supporting the Executive Chef in achieving exceptional culinary performance.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or formal training preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment, with supervisory responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of food products, preparation techniques, and kitchen standards.
- Basic understanding of food and labor cost awareness and the ability to support cost-control efforts.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
