Masker

This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Persons”. MUST be able to work well independently and within a team setting MUST be able to understand and interpret provided blueprints to determine specific masking requirements. Maskers must be able to mask parts that have a weight of up to 20+ pounds each, depending upon the customer(s) and part number/type. MUST be detail oriented and quality focused. Supervisor potential and experience is a plus. Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and a mature level of patience. Positive attitude and willing to help where and when needed. All Masking employees must be able to work flexible hours and overtime including evenings and weekends when necessary. Strong Communication Skills Required - Both Written And Spoken. Computer skills/familiarity with using computers required. Must be able to easily follow written and verbal instructions; must be able to read and understand instructions from management and customers.
