Laborer

About the Role

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Laborer to maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position requires high visibility to traffic and the use of PPE to ensure clear communication with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove litter from the ground, disposing of it in designated containers.
• Retrieve waste litter and place it in the appropriate containers.
• Perform sweeping and cleaning in breakrooms and maintenance shop areas.
• Maintain a positive work environment by communicating and acting professionally with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Handle tools and equipment requiring fine motor skills.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet.
• Occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
