Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand, adhere, and demonstrate to the company’s commitment to QUALITY and SAFETY!
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) during certain tasks (goggles, safety glasses, aprons, boots, gloves, hearing protection, etc) and comply with safety directives and policy.
• Cut or tear paper, tape, vinyl plugs to specified size as required per job specification.
• Properly use masking tools such as razor blades, wire cutters, insertion tools, pliers, etc.
• Read the work order instructions from traveler or other job related documents and process the jobs exactly as instructed.
• Physically work with hands to accurately mask certain surfaces of parts to protect from the finish process applied utilizing tapes or other masking materials.
• Work with and around solvent cleaners and paint materials such as acetone, alcohol, MEK, paints, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Work independently or as a team member as required by job.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet Production and Quality goals.
• Manage PPE properly including: Required Skills
