Responsibilities
- Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings
- Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks
- Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.)
- Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications
- Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Able to interpret work instructions, policies and procedures
- Ability to mask simple parts using a visual aid
- Maintain repeatable quality and output
- Work under limited supervision
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Ability to lift 100 pounds or less
- Frequent standing, speaking, sitting, and walking
- Occasional grasping, reaching, and bending
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Safety Glasses
- Sense of sound, touch, and sight
- Work performed in shop conditions, potentially exceeding 100°F during summer
