Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow-up to clients.
- Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data; meeting quality assurance standards.
- Provides assessment, counseling and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.
- Attends relevant and required meetings to provide consultation and gain needed information relevant to work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
- LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC - Licensed Prof Counselor is required.
- C.E.A.P./A.A.M.F.T. certified is preferred.
- 3 years of Clinical experience is preferred.
Pay
$63,814.40 - $95,721.60 / year
