Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain client-side and server-side tagging solutions (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
- Configure and manage tracking rules, triggers, data elements, variables, and extensions.
- Implement and maintain third-party marketing pixels (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, CM360 Floodlights).
- Develop scalable server-side tagging with focus on performance, compliance, and privacy.
- Implement and support digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4), including event tracking, KPI definition, and troubleshooting.
- Provide implementation, administration, and support for customer data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager, Sprinklr).
- Manage audience segmentation, activation, identity resolution, and customer data integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and documentation (BRDs, TRDs).
- Design and maintain data layer architecture for marketing technologies, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Provide ongoing platform administration, governance, user support, configuration, and vendor coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in MarTech, Digital Analytics, or Tag Management.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (business and technical stakeholders).
- Hands-on expertise with: Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager (client-side & server-side), Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Data Cloud, LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager, Sprinklr.
- Additional skills in audience activation, customer segmentation, marketing integration, data layer architecture, and event tracking.
- Programming abilities: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Knowledge of consent management, privacy frameworks, first-party data strategies, and identity graph platforms.
