MarTech Engineer

Position Overview

The MarTech Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing client-side and server-side tagging solutions. They will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, defining tracking requirements, data strategies, and measurement frameworks. The role involves owning end-to-end ownership from requirements gathering to solution deployment and validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, and ensuring high-quality, scalable data solutions for analytics and marketing platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, tag management, or MarTech
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (client-side & server-side)
• Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
