About the role

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll lead a team that provides exceptional service across all F&B outlets, including Room Service, Lounge, Banquets, and more. Your responsibilities will involve leading a team focused on warm hospitality, fast service, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional service across all F&B outlets
  • Exceed revenue goals while maintaining high standards

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience managing a team in a F&B environment
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a F&B management position
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
