About the role

As our Recreation Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our recreation facilities—including the health club, fitness center, pool, and locker rooms. You'll plan and lead a variety of fun-filled activities, from daily adventures to special holiday and group events that create unforgettable memories for our guests. You'll inspire and oversee counselors, keep all recreation areas running smoothly, and guide a team dedicated to making every day extraordinary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group activities, contribute to special projects, and spark new ideas to keep recreation programs running smoothly and delivering stellar service.
• Track supplies, order what’s needed, and keep all paperwork—like schedules and logs—organized so every event is ready for fun.
• Connect with all departments, share updates, and make teamwork effective and enjoyable.
• Maintain tidy, inviting recreation areas so guests always enjoy a cheerful environment and top-notch service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a recreation environment, preferably resort-oriented with emphasis on corporate, family, and children’s activities.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and enjoy working with all age groups.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in the English language.
• Strong knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS Systems.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
