What you’ll do
- Create a learning and nurturing environment for all front of the house restaurant team members that promotes sales and service success, and internal career growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants, including but not limited to proactively recruiting and mentoring the team
- Facilitate implementation of company learning/training programs, follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job
- Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance
- Cultivate an environment of open, authentic dialogue with the restaurant team, regional and corporate partners
- Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures
- Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests
- Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment
Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work

Pay
Rate Range: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 Annual Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
