About the role

Citi is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Citi Markets team in New York City. As part of Markets, your work can make an immediate impact. From providing financing solutions to the world’s leading corporations, governments, and institutional investors to offering a robust range of products and services, you will gain varied and thorough knowledge in this diverse rotational program.

Our Markets Analyst Program is a highly competitive and selective program that gives you the opportunity to actively participate in the research, trading, and marketing of securities to our institutional client base. As a Summer Analyst, you will rotate across products and functions within Markets to gain a well-rounded experience over your 10 weeks.

All Summer Analysts participate in a week-long comprehensive training program during the first week, taught by skilled external consultants and selected professionals with industry and product expertise. The program covers all fundamental aspects of the Markets Summer Analyst role.

Throughout the summer, you will attend weekly senior speaker events, Speaker Series sessions with product heads, and various networking events for exposure to junior and senior professionals. You will also collaborate with peers on projects and pitch trade ideas, building networks that will serve as a resource throughout your career at Citi.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028)
• Excited to work in our New York office
• Currently maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above
• Creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
• Hard-working and diligent
• Enthusiastic, quick-thinking, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confident and comfortable with clients, articulate in oral and written communication
• Focused on achieving group and client objectives
• Detail-oriented

Pay

Salary: $110,000. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. The anticipated full-time salary range is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00.
