What You’ll Do
- Develop and communicate clear strategic narratives and recommendations for stakeholders
- Synthesize customer insights, business objectives, and market data into actionable marketing strategies
- Build and refine customer personas using research insights, performance data, and market trends
- Guide targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies across marketing campaigns
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies including creative execution, messaging, and positioning
- Identify market opportunities and support strategic marketing direction
- Partner with Research, Analytics, and Media teams to develop effective campaign strategies and briefs
- Build a deep understanding of competitive market dynamics and customer trends
- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer-first strategies are aligned across all channels and touchpoints
- Lead projects and initiatives independently from concept through execution
- Identify new opportunities and support growth initiatives within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or customer insights within a B2C environment
- Experience working with digital or technology-focused brands
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept through execution
- Experience converting customer research and behavioural insights into marketing strategies
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong curiosity for consumer behaviour and market trends
