Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and manage content for blogs, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with financial services audiences, including advisors, investors, executives, and clients.
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content development.
  • Optimize content for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Write compelling website copy, campaign messaging, email content, and digital advertisements.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, advisors, executives, and leadership teams to develop content and marketing materials.
  • Support paid digital campaigns across channels including Google, LinkedIn, and display advertising.
  • Monitor content performance and marketing analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track SEO metrics, website traffic, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, search engine updates, AI search developments, and financial services industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing, content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing experience.
  • Required experience within the financial services, wealth management, investment management, banking, insurance, or fintech industry.
  • Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Experience creating content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of AEO, GEO, and emerging AI-driven search strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media and paid digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a highly professional, regulated environment preferred.
