Key Areas of Contribution
- Marketing Campaign Execution
- Execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand and growth strategies
- Coordinate campaign inputs, timelines, and deliverables with minimal oversight
- Ensure campaigns are executed effectively, on time, and aligned with priorities
- Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Support development of campaign plans including objectives, target audiences, messaging inputs, and timelines
- Create and manage campaign briefs and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain alignment between campaign strategy, timing, and execution
- Member Engagement
- Support execution of marketing initiatives that support member acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Support product campaigns, promotions, and growth-focused initiatives
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with member needs and business goals
- Operational Support & Workflow Coordination
- Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and marketing documentation
- Career Support
- Coordinate across teams to support smooth execution of initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign coordination and operational efficiency
- Data & Performance Support
- Track campaign performance and support reporting on key metrics
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Marketing Analysts to support performance insights and optimization efforts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Communications to translate campaign strategy into messaging and channel execution
- Provide campaign inputs, priorities, and timelines to support content and distribution planning
- Collaborate with Community Engagement to align outreach efforts with marketing initiatives
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required)
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or related field (required)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools, project tracking systems, and campaign management tools (required)
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance metrics (required)
- Soft Skills: Strong organization, communication, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities (required)
