About the role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence across platforms who can go beyond the numbers to uncover the 'why' behind performance trends. This role will lead our digital marketing efforts, oversee our content management system (CMS), social media and marketing tools. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, analytical, and strategic, with a strong understanding of paid media, marketing tools, and performance reporting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve SEO, and enhance user experience
  • Develop creative and strategic approaches to reach decision-makers with long buying cycles
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns
  • Own and improve our presence across social media platforms
  • Oversee and maintain our CMS, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with content, design and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Act as the main point of contact for our digital agency
  • Integrate and manage marketing tools to create a unified view of performance and behavior
  • Ensure data flows smoothly between platforms to enable actionable insights
  • Use retargeting and lead nurturing tactics to stay top-of-mind throughout extended buying cycles
  • Deliver regular performance reports across channels and campaigns
  • Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement based on analytics

Qualifications and experience

  • 3+ years of proven B2B digital marketing experience. Preferably in industries with long buying cycles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, media monitoring and lead generation tools
  • Experience working with several stakeholders, including digital agencies
