Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, web, social media, content marketing (blogs, white papers), webinars, advertising, video, and in-person experiences.
- Drive demand generation and engagement through targeted inbound and outbound programs aligned to business goals.
- Measure and optimize performance by analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and applying insights to improve future marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop relevant, audience-focused messaging and content.
- Create compelling, brand-aligned content that reflects Tyler’s voice and resonates with key audiences.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities, channels, and tactics to expand reach and increase market impact.
- Develop a strong understanding of Tyler’s products, markets, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy and positioning.
- Support marketing planning and prioritization by contributing insights, ideas, and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or public sector (B2G) environments
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, including digital channels such as email, web, social media, and content marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging for target audiences
- Experience using data and analytics to measure performance and inform marketing decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems, content management systems, or analytics tools)
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Experience in the technology/software industry and/or K-12 education sector preferred
