Job Summary
Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Leader, the Solutions Marketing Specialist supports the marketing and commercialization efforts of solutions and decarbonization initiatives for the $3B+ business Residential HVAC and Supply within Trane Technologies. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic marketer with a proven track record of success and a desire to be challenged and grow their skill set.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions through internal and external activations such as literature development, website information management, building communications plans, and making product information updates.
- Work in partnership with marketing teams, product management, and external agencies to support the development of marketing activation plans.
- Ensure critical campaign elements such as email, digital, social, and print meet project-specific needs and are delivered on time and accurately.
- Facilitate the customer adoption of solutions by partnering with Channel Marketing, Training, and Sales teams to develop relevant content, tools, and tactics.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activation efforts.
- Support short and long-term marketing activation planning to deliver on project KPIs within budget.
- Develop standard work or create process improvements to enable efficiencies for repetitive activities or tasks.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years’ experience within business development, marketing, and/or communication experience.
- Excellent understanding and ability to assess the needs of both external influencers and internal business partners.
- Able to own projects and partner cross-functionally to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Passionate in providing our customers the best resources and support.
- Adept writing and presentation skills including value proposition development.
- A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar.
- Travel up to 15%
