Key Responsibilities
- Conduct website user experience (UX) analyses to identify and flag continuous improvement opportunities.
- Owning Soar’s local digital presence across all major platforms including Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Beaming Health, and local niche healthcare directories, executing new listing verifications for center expansions, weekly content posts, and photo maintenance.
- Monitor reviews across Google, Yelp, and healthcare platforms. Draft and deploy approved responses to positive reviews, and escalate sensitive feedback or negative reviews directly to leadership.
- Provide administrative support for SEO and Paid Search workflows, including tracking content briefs and coordination with external agencies.
- Execute tactical marketing playbooks for New Center Openings. Partner with the Local Market Operations team to plan, coordinate, and execute community activations, resource fairs, and center-level events.
- Design & Content Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external design requests. Coordinate with design contractors to manage asset production timelines for operational flyers, event postcards, and social media creative. Provide formatting, branding, and distribution support for ongoing communication vehicles like local newsletters and brochures, assisting the Market Operations and Provider Outreach teams to ensure a highly polished, consistent brand presentation across family and provider communications.
- Department Operations & Administration: Financial & Expense Tracking: Log, track, and process marketing department expenses and vendor invoices to ensure strict budget alignment. Ad-Hoc Project Support: Act as an agile resource to support the Head of Marketing on ad-hoc strategic initiatives, competitive research, and cross-functional requests as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing execution, coordination, or digital media administration.
- Functional expertise with project coordination.
- Nice-to-have experience: Prior experience in healthcare, clinical services, or behavioral/autism care environments. Additional certifications or background in local SEO, Google Analytics, or agency collaboration support (if applicable).
