Marketing Specialist

About the role

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a creative and driven Marketing team member to support our three stores in the Milwaukee market—Third Ward, Brookfield, and Whitefish Bay. In this role, you'll be hands-on with local events, social media, and in-store marketing initiatives for our fast-growing beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local events, including partnerships, pop-ups, and community outreach.
• Create engaging social media content, capture in-store moments, and connect with our local audience across platforms.
• Support grassroots marketing through collaborations with local businesses to drive community engagement across all three stores.
• Assist with daily marketing tasks, including promotions, tracking engagement, and reporting insights to refine our strategy.

Requirements

• A passion for marketing, beauty, and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills and natural social media savvy.
• An organized, proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for exploring different aspects of our business.
• Availability to work part-time (including some weekends for events) as a Milwaukee resident.

Pay

$20 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, 20 hours per week.
