About the role

The Marketing Specialist will execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and increase revenue. Key responsibilities include developing and managing an integrated content calendar, executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating marketing and partner content, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages an integrated content calendar across email, social, events, and partner channels; writes compelling copy and coordinates with internal and external design resources to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time
  • Executes email marketing campaigns, including audience strategy, campaign deployment, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continually improve engagement and conversion
  • Manages and optimizes multiple social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring performance, engaging with audiences, and refining strategy based on analytics and best practices
  • Develops, maintains, and communicates marketing resources for partners by proactively creating, updating, and organizing content within the Partner Portal to support partner success and adoption
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and deliver quarterly newsletters and other recurring communications aligned with business priorities
  • Creates and promotes partner success stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight value, drive credibility, and support sales enablement efforts
  • Manages company participation at in-person events (conferences and tradeshows), including planning logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting booth strategy, and tracking post-event results and follow-up activities
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes online events such as webinars, including promotion, registration workflows, partner collaboration, and post-event reporting
  • Tracks and reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Experience with Pardot, Constant Contact or similar
  • Strong grasp of email marketing best practices
  • CRM/Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Basic design skills with Canva or the Adobe creative suite

Qualifications

Qualifications include a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of industry trends and technologies is also beneficial.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $77,000 USD per year.
