About the role

The role of Marketing Specialist - Amazon US will be responsible for supporting the improvement of on-site user experience and delivery of integrated media campaigns to maximize commercial impact within the US business unit. You will have a strong understanding of Amazon media and experience optimizing Amazon SEO. This role will support the Amazon sales org directly and work cross-functionally with the marketing team to drive the US business through efficient and effective media execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement of on-site user experience and delivery of integrated media campaigns to maximize commercial impact within the US business unit.
  • Optimize Amazon SEO.
  • Support new product launches through ASIN creation within Vendor Central.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Partner with third party agency providers on 360 activation plan ideation and development.
  • Monitor not only media KPIs but how media investments are impacting the business; spotting smoke before it is fire when there is an issue and using data/insights to capitalize on what is working well.
  • Continue to stress test defined KPIs and identify new indicators for commercial success.
  • Ensure inputs and results of Marketing Mix Model programs are addressed swiftly and accurately to inform planning as best as possible.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon sponsored ads and DSP.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and complex item catalogues within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong foundational best practices and experience optimizing SEO and Content within Amazon.
  • Experience working with third party platforms such as Skai or Pacvue.
  • Familiarity with future technologies, such as Amazon Marketing Stream, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and AI.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in relevant field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a methodological approach to work.
  • Experience managing external agency relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance marketing objectives, incremental return on ad spend, and new customer acquisition.

Skills

  • Experience with Amazon Sponsored Advertising & DSP.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with foundational SEO optimizations.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large complex budgets and item catalogs.
  • Experience with non-amazon retail media such as search, programmatic, social, etc.
