Marketing Specialist - Agile
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality campaign assets, marketing collateral, and educational materials tailored to targeted physician audiences.
- This can also include creative execution and in-person attendance for conferences.
- Build and maintain essential sales enablement tools.
- Act as the primary manager of resources within QForce and other related systems to empower the sales organization.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets across various internal platforms.
- Cook up and coordinate seamlessly with Marketing Operations to ensure timely and accurate production of all materials.
- Develop, write, and deploy social media content and other digital components to support and amplify overarching marketing campaigns.
- This could include podcasts and webinars.
- Operate as a highly adaptable marketer.
- Flex across multiple Physician Marketing initiatives as business priorities shift, rather than aligning to a single segment, customer, or business area.
- Manage the flow of marketing projects, including continuous tracking, transparent status reporting, facilitating iterative feedback and refinements with third-party agencies, and ensuring timely asset delivery and system integration.
- Build relationships.
- Partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Prefer 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a B2B environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management systems (e.g. Workfront) and sales enablement platforms (knowledge of Seismic and Salesforce is preferred but not required).
- Aptitude to learn various digital marketing and analytics tools such as Eloqua, LinkedIn, Sprout, UTM’s, Mixpanel and PowerBI.
- Highly proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Agility: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in collateral and digital content creation.
- Measurement and Performance: Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and clear business impact.
Pay
Pay Range: ~$70,000 - $85,000 per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
