Responsibilities

• Succinctly promote the company’s services to physicians and support staff.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and rapport with physicians and support staff.
• Analyze referral trends pertinent to the company’s regions and develop daily call plans based on this information.
• Administer and organize marketing activities for themselves as well as for the company’s clinicians.
• Communicate effective marketing information to referral sources and maintain records.
• Generate referral growth from referring physicians’ offices.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to grow demand for the company’s services.
• Develop and maintain accurate, current database of industry contacts for mailings.
• Develop and execute internal promotional and marketing campaigns to ensure core values of the company are known and upheld.
• Utilize all programs and promotions to create brand awareness and demand.
• Participate in market analysis and competitive analysis as needed.
• Participate in marketing functions as needed.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all clients and employees.
