About the role

The Marketing Support Specialist will train Managed Service Providers (MSPs) on executing marketing strategies as outlined in the Marketing Blueprint. This role involves being the primary point of contact for all marketing activities, coaching partners to a successful marketing framework, ensuring client satisfaction through prompt responses, managing time effectively, maintaining a deep understanding of the product suite, and resolving client issues.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all marketing activities, including webinars, sales strategies, Go-To-Market strategy sessions, and other revenue-driving activities.
  • Coach and align partners to a proven framework for marketing success.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom meetings.
  • Manage time effectively to hit daily and weekly metrics related to meaningful and insightful conversations that produce high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of the entire suite of products and pricing and educate clients on the product advantages.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in determining solutions to relationship issues with clients.
  • Manage client escalations and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (4 years)
  • Experience managing client relationships with customers/partners
  • Proven track record of coaching and influencing clients/partners to leverage recommendations to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen and desire to understand how businesses operate within a larger ecosystem
  • An ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment with changing priorities
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing (4 years)

Pay

  • Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
