Marketing Representative, Caesars Rewards - Full Time (Weekends/Evenings)
This position typically starts at $18 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

You’ll also keep the Laurel Lounge running smoothly by managing access, anticipating needs, and working as part of a fast-moving team that keeps the space spotless and inviting. Responsibilities
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude.
- Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
- Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Provides Family Style Service and supports all aspects of the Caesars Rewards loyalty program.
- Maintains daily procedures, including discerning appropriate ID, filing, record keeping, problem solving, and navigating various computer software/programs.
- Assists guests with all data integrity account issues, including issuing Caesars Rewards cards, PIN creation, changes and resets, out-of-sync mail files, suspended accounts, returned mail, and researching account discrepancies and inquiries regarding tracked play and coupons.
- Helps facilitate the front-line execution of various marketing efforts.
- Issues new and replacement Caesars Rewards cards to guests.
- Stays knowledgeable and able to articulate information about ongoing and future promotions to guests.
- Interacts with other casino-related departments on a routine basis.
- Is visible and available to listen to and discern guest concerns, quickly attempting to remedy different situations.
- Manages guest lines in an efficient manner.
- Performs all routine opening/closing responsibilities.
- Assists with other duties when necessary to support marketing efforts and the Caesars Rewards loyalty program.
- Verifies guest’s eligibility to enter private Laurel Lounge areas and eligibility of guests.
- Maintains access to the VIP Laurel Lounge within department standards.
- Helps service guests as part of a team, including bussing guest seating areas in adjacent areas as needed.
- Ensures compliance with internal regulations and Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
- Requires frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- May require long periods of sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, reaching above head, bending below knee level, and rotating torso periodically.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to type 30-35 words per minute.
- Must pass the required background check.
- Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous computer skills preferred.
- Must enjoy working with the public.
- Previous experience working in a customer service position.
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
