About the role

Southern Showers is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our growing marketing team as a Retail Marketing Representative. As a Retail Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our brand inside of the largest retail brands such as Walmart & BJ's Wholesale clubs— connecting with homeowners, sharing our story, and creating excitement about our home improvement services. What You'll Do

• Manage promotional booths at high-traffic retail locations
• Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Educate homeowners about our services—no selling, just sparking interest!
• Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
• Keep your booth energetic, organized, and fun
• Be part of a motivated, supportive team that loves to win together

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, people-first attitude—love talking and connecting!
• Gritty, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Strong communicator with great listening skills
• Reliable transportation and availability for evenings/weekends as needed
• Previous experience in customer service, events, retail, or promotions is a bonus—but not required!

Pay & Perks

• $20-$35+/hour (base pay + uncapped performance bonuses)
