Marketing Representative

About the role

Handle a range of restoration projects including emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke damage restoration, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax.
• Monitor updates in PSA for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Update PSA daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
• Ordering materials for marketing.
• Review work site and completed paperwork for future referrals.

Requirements

• College degree
• 2-5 years of experience within the industry
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
• Good judgment and sound problem-solving ability
• Able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands & arms, talk or hear
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
