Marketing Quality Assurance Senior Analyst
This role is primarily responsible for measuring quality assurance effectiveness within Marketing through performing control activities including in-line file audits, process monitoring, and productivity reporting. This role serves as the last line of defense to prevent errors, drive value, and mitigate risk for our Bank, brand partners, and customers. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required to deliver sound recommendations and create a positive experience for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conducts marketing control and quality reviews throughout the marketing lifecycle.
- Extracts and interprets data from various sources using multiple tools, and supports complex brand partners.
- Reviews campaign data for strategy adherence and provides feedback or approval before deployment, preventing costly marketing errors. (65%)
- Measures and optimizes the marketing control framework and activities to positively impact the company's marketing delivery and loyalty creation while mitigating risk. Responsible for keeping robust documentation of control activities and effectively communicating to business partners for enhancements. (20%)
- Supports identifying and developing additional quality assurance processes and/or key performance metrics to mitigate issues, fill process gaps, enhance quality of marketing output, and prevent further future risk from being realized. (10%)
- Participates in extracurricular projects to provide insights and expertise of marketing quality as the ecosystem evolves into new spaces or adjusts to an ever-changing environment. (5%)

Senior Analyst (A) Marketing Quality Assurance - Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years experience working with Excel to evaluate data
- Experience in credit card, retail, or banking industries with a focus on Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Quality Assurance
Senior Analyst (A) Marketing Quality Assurance - Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related area of study
- 4+ years experience with data mining tools (SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Access), analyzing marketing performance, quality assurance, driving marketing efficiency, extracting data from various sources, and writing queries
- Experience extracting, analyzing, and reconciling large volumes of customer, operational, and financial data using WinSQL and Databricks to support business reporting, process improvements, and quality risk validations for marketing activity
- Demonstrated interest and experience in generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Databricks Genie, to drive process automation, audit transformation, and operational efficiency
Senior Analyst (B) Marketing Quality Assurance - Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- Certifications such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP), and/or Chartered Market Technician (CMT)
- 3-5 years domain functional testing experience
Senior Analyst (B) Marketing Quality Assurance - Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 5-8 years domain functional testing experience
- Experience extracting, analyzing, and reconciling large volumes of customer, operational, and financial data using WinSQL and Databricks to support business reporting, process improvements, and quality risk validations for marketing activity
- Demonstrated interest and experience in generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Databricks Genie, to drive process automation, audit transformation, and operational efficiency

Salary Range: $63,200.00 - $101,100.00
- California: $72,700.00 - $126,400.00

- New York: $69,500.00 - $126,400.00

- Maryland: $69,500.00 - $111,200.00

The actual base pay within this range may depend on work location, education, experience, and skills. You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future.
Schedule
- Normal office environment (Remote or Hybrid)
- 3 to 4 days per month required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location
