Marketing/Proposal Coordinator

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Demonstrate a firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process within AEC industry.
• Lead various pursuit teams in developing proposals and presentations that position KCI to win projects across our many service lines.
• Prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items.
• Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred).
• Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with additional programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred.
• Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred).
• Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines.
• Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews.
• Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database.
• Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records.
• Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities.
• Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials.
• Work with the marketing content team to develop high-impact graphics for proposals and presentations.
• P rovide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals.
• Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed.
• C oordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
