Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Support development of marketing content for Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, interview presentations, and award submissions, following firm standards and brand guidelines.
- Communicate proactively and meet deadlines for the timely completion of project pursuits and proposals.
- Aid in procurement research, review, and coordination, and/or facilitate client engagement activities, conferences, and client events.
- Conduct quality and compliance reviews; edit marketing content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Gather, verify, organize, and maintain marketing information systems, including client files, resumes, project descriptions, and contact lists.
- Enter and maintain pursuit and opportunity data in Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring records are complete, current, and aligned with firm standards.
Qualifications

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related field.
- You have 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or coursework considered).
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to contribute to and thrive within a collaborative team environment.
- You have effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You have familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign, along with a willingness to learn new software.
- You have a self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.
- You have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You have strengths in writing and editing.
