Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Audit existing marketing workflows and identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability.

Implement and manage projects within Asana, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and prioritization.

Participate in daily standups and facilitate communication across marketing teams via Slack.

Track project progress, gather updates, and provide biweekly reporting to leadership.

Manage shifting priorities and help marketing teams adapt quickly to new initiatives.

Cook up processes that support scalable, high-performing marketing operations.

Partner directly with senior marketing leadership to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing marketing workflows and identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement and manage projects within Asana, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and prioritization.
• Participate in daily standups and facilitate communication across marketing teams via Slack.
• Track project progress, gather updates, and provide biweekly reporting to leadership.
• Manage shifting priorities and help marketing teams adapt quickly to new initiatives.
• Build and refine processes that support scalable, high-performing marketing operations.
• Partner directly with senior marketing leadership to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing or digital teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Asana.
• Experience supporting cross-functional marketing teams (acquisition, CRM, product marketing, creative, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bring structure to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable working with distributed and global teams.
