Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized marketing communications projects from initiation through completion.
- Ensure deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business goals and marketing plans.
- Develop, oversee, and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining clear timelines, resource allocations, work breakdown structures, and communication plans.
- Cross-functionally coordinate digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), brand activations, and integrated campaign-based communication projects.
- Coordinate workflows through internal creative studios and brand teams, spanning concept layout, copywriting, design, photography, and audio/video production.
- Utilize Workfront as the primary enterprise project management tool to track schedules, process change orders, monitor progress, and compile weekly management status and program risk reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain established organizational standards for performance and quality, while actively identifying process gaps to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of dedicated project management experience within a creative agency, internal brand team, or marketing communications environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing Workfront (or a directly comparable enterprise-level project management system) for complex timelines, resourcing, and status reporting.
- Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of the lifecycle of creative deliverables across print, digital media, and video production workflows.
- Core Competencies: Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with internal Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders; excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical problem-solving skills with a proven capacity to manage shifting project priorities; assertive and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary to drive alignment and escalate project risks when necessary.
