Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CMO to manage and track execution across all key marketing functions:
- Subscription Marketing – promotional planning and customer journey optimization.
- Affiliate Marketing – campaign launches, commission tracking, and partner communications.
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing – asset timelines, influencer tracking, and deliverables.
- CRM (Email & SMS) – calendar planning, campaign approvals, and audience segmentation support.
- Paid Media – tracking creative requests and aligning paid campaigns with promotions.
- International Marketing – support coordination with international teams to maintain brand consistency across regions.
- Ensure strong communication and alignment with internal teams across:
- Creative – for branding, visuals, and content approvals.
- Retail – to coordinate in-store campaigns, collateral, and seasonal rollouts.
- Operations – to align on inventory, logistics, and campaign fulfillment timelines.
- Web Development (Shopify) – for website updates, product pages, and promotional launches.
- Offline Development – for physical marketing assets such as packaging, print, and direct mail.
- Product Development – to stay informed on launch timelines and assist in go-to-market planning.
- Create, manage, and optimize project workflows and timelines using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
- Serve as the central coordinator for marketing projects, tracking deadlines and ensuring accountability.
- Lead recurring project update meetings and status reporting for the CMO and department heads.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks proactively, keeping campaigns on track.
- Assist with the onboarding, coordination, and day-to-day communication of third-party vendors and agencies.
- Track timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment with Aroma360’s brand and marketing standards.
- Act as the final checkpoint for task and project completion before submitting for CMO approval.
- Ensure all campaign elements are cohesive, complete, and polished across every channel and touchpoint.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative department; luxury or consumer brand experience preferred.
- Deep familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Jira and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid creative/structured environment where priorities shift frequently.
- Experience with e-commerce, particularly Shopify, is a plus.
- Previous work with luxury, fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
