About the Role
A successful Marketing Project Coordinator is a member of our Marketing Team who will work to execute campaigns in support of our company goals, from conception through to completion. The role requires an experienced Project Coordination professional with demonstrable marketing and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under deadlines. The Marketing Project Coordinator reports to the Marketing Execution and Campaigns Manager.
Our company is highly data-driven and analytical, so marketing functions are as well.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manager to create smart, written campaign plans (including milestones, deliverables, budget, and schedule).
- Ensure all campaign activities happen in a timely manner, document scope creep, and compare plan to performance.
- Track campaign-related budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate industry events, including planning, promotion, and execution.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations of campaigns and webinars and report on outcomes.
- Conduct market research, gather information, and present ideas for future campaigns or improvements to existing ones.
- Create content: case studies, blog posts, and articles.
- Develop email marketing and social media posts in alignment with campaign plans.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital, relationship, or content marketing, client development, event planning, and/or PR.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated progression in marketing skills.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated progression in project coordination or project management.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Unquestionable integrity and a desire to do high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while coordinating with a diverse team and client base.
- CRM experience is preferred.
This position is fully remote, with preference given to candidates in the Phoenix, AZ area for occasional in-person training and collaboration.
