About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager to join the Core Games 2K Global Go-to-Market team. This role serves as the central operational hub for all go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and adherence to timelines across the full project lifecycle. You will orchestrate workflows, keep stakeholders informed, and provide visibility for strategic decision-making in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills.
Reports to: Sr. Director of Global Go-to-Market.
Responsibilities
- Project Orchestration & Timeline Management
- Facilitate the go-to-market process from initial concept through final integrated and lifecycle planning, ensuring scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and documented for leadership review.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, team allocations, and work-back schedules, closely monitoring progress to ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Proactively identify potential project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, escalating issues to stakeholders and leadership for timely resolution.
- Track and manage the GTM Marketing Budget and actuals, including agencies, monitoring expenditures to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
- Asset & Events Operations
- Develop and operate a central system for tracking all creative assets, including those developed internally and received from strategic partners.
- Document, track, and monitor asset rights, usage limitations, and expiration dates to ensure legal compliance for all marketing activities.
- Act as the point-person for campaign events, managing and maintaining activations, and coordinating logistics with internal and external partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the primary operational liaison, facilitating communication and workflow between the Global Go-to-Market team and key partners, including Franchise Groups, Creative, Media, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and circulate regular, detailed status updates and progress reports to ensure Senior Director and final approvers have clear visibility into all project phases.
- Plan and coordinate special projects and internal functions, such as team offsites and workshops.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a program or project management role, preferably within a marketing team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A highly collaborative and positive attitude, with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
- Experience with asset management systems is a plus.
Pay
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $135,000 per year. Base pay may vary based on market location and individualized factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. The total compensation package may also include a bonus, equity awards, and eligibility to participate in the 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
