About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and revenue impact, turning complex performance signals into clear, actionable insights that guide growth decisions.
Responsibilities
- Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across channels and the full revenue funnel, ensuring leadership has accurate and actionable insights to guide strategy.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track full-funnel marketing performance.
- Analyze funnel metrics including lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Identify bottlenecks in the marketing and sales funnel and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Evaluate campaign and channel effectiveness across digital, events, email, ABM, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Measure marketing ROI and support attribution modeling (multi-touch, first-touch, last-touch, and advanced models).
- Develop forecasting and predictive models for MQL generation, pipeline creation, and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing leadership to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver clear reporting and storytelling that translates complex data into actionable business insights.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with the ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making across marketing and revenue teams.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role (ideally B2B SaaS).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and revenue performance metrics.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-oriented environment.
- Strong curiosity and analytical mindset, with a focus on understanding “why” behind performance trends.
