Marketing Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver quarterly performance reports that translate data into clear narratives for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to represent the full scope of impact across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Compile quantitative data and project summaries demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Build and publish quarterly reporting webpages, supporting email campaigns, and Tableau dashboards.
  • Manage the approvals process to ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports and insights.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance regularly, proactively identifying issues, wins, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Configure custom event tracking and UTM parameters to ensure reliable, clean data collection.
  • Train team members on analytics tools and best practices for UTM creation to enhance team capacity.
  • Deliver regular data pulls and ad hoc analyses to inform content and campaign strategies.
  • Create and reconcile Tableau dashboards for data visualization of patient journeys and marketing performance.
  • Ensure accurate data flows from databases to support downstream reporting and analysis.
  • Use data visualization to communicate campaign successes, areas for improvement, and patient journey insights.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure tracking standards are maintained and campaigns are set up for accurate measurement.
  • Drive location optimization initiatives, including naming conventions and license management.
  • Enhance organic search performance through keyword research, rank monitoring, and schema improvements.
  • Support location data integrity by resolving duplicates, broken links, and outdated information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, campaign reporting, and SEO.
  • 1–2 years of experience with AEO and GEO or demonstrated knowledge of optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, or Claude.
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Piwik.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with location/reputation management platforms like Yext or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and digital reporting workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience and healthcare or similarly regulated industry experience.
