About the role
Leads marketing operations initiatives that support business continuity, regulatory compliance, and commercial effectiveness across the Neuromodulation portfolio. This role is responsible for executing marketing technology implementations, fulfillment transitions, digital platform launches, and enterprise process improvements while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional marketing operations initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate implementation, enhancement, and adoption of marketing technology platforms, including content management, fulfillment, and digital engagement systems.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute system implementations, fulfillment transitions, and technology upgrades.
- Work closely with marketing and key teams to support successful project execution.
- Develop implementation plans, coordinate stakeholder communications, support user adoption, and facilitate training for new systems and processes.
- Identify project risks, resolve implementation challenges, and escalate issues as appropriate to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor post-launch performance and continuously improve marketing operations processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution across multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare industries, or other regulated industries
- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology implementations
- Experience with print fulfillment operations
- Knowledge of quality systems, audit remediation, or regulated marketing processes
- Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives
