Marketing Operations professional/ Marketing Operations Leader
About the role
Own resource management, including maintaining accurate budget forecasts, tracking spend, and managing headcount planning tools.
Drive business operations and planning rhythms, ensuring marketing leaders are prepared for business reviews, operating cadences, and leadership meetings.
Manage annual and quarterly planning cycles, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional execution.
Act as a strategic partner and extension of Senior Marketing Leaders, helping identify challenges, evaluate investments, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Serve as the interface between Worldwide Marketing teams and global functions, coordinating dependencies, resources, and operational needs.
Support marketing team efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence across complex programs.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to triage requests, connect teams with resources, and enable scalable marketing operations.
Responsibilities

Pay
$55 to $60/hr. on w2 (depends on exp)
Schedule
9+ months of contract (possibility of extension)
