Marketing Operations Manager
Description
Are you passionate about building processes, leading cross-functional collaboration, and bringing products to market? As Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across the marketing organization by owning workflows, systems, and processes that support new product launches, masterdata, and product content development and execution. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Business Units (CBU), this role ensures product content readiness, managing digital asset and imagery workflows, and overseeing internal masterdata syndication, ensuring readiness for syndication to retail and digital partners. Working closely with Brand and Product Managers, t, Masterbrand, Sales, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Sourcing, this role serves as a cross-functional connector, ensuring the seamless flow of product data and content across the organization. Day to day responsibilities include ownership of marketing operations process optimization, driving accountability across initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance tracking. The Marketing Operations Manager also leads a team of 2 Marketing Coordinators, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years' experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, food & beverage, manufacturing, or related industries.
Project management experience or PMP certification preferred.
Experience supporting commercialization, innovation, or go-to-market processes.
Skills
High proficiency in MS office, specifically excel, along with strong analytical capabilities.
Experience in Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (e.g. Syndigo & Salsify) preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ability to develop & maintain relationships while collaborating cross-functionally within areas of the business.
