Campaign Execution & Performance
The Marketing Operations Manager (Execution & Performance) oversees the execution and quality assurance of campaigns across various marketing channels, including direct mail, email, SMS, social media, paid ads, webinars, and in-app campaigns. They coordinate execution for both internal initiatives and partner-facing campaigns, manage QA processes, and track time-to-launch as a key performance metric.
Audience Segmentation & List Management
Responsible for audience builds and list management for all direct mail and digital campaigns. This includes managing segmentation logic in coordination with Martech Team, validating audience exports, and maintaining documentation of segmentation logic and audience definitions for auditability.
UTM Tracking & Landing Page Coordination
Performance Reporting & Analytics Partnership
Serves as the primary liaison to the Analytics team, translating campaign reporting requirements into clear requests for Analytics partners. Coordinates on dashboards, campaign-level insights, and the shared marketing performance scorecard. Owns post-campaign performance reporting, synthesizing data from multiple platforms into clear insights for stakeholders. Monitors campaigns in-flight and escalates issues to the Analytics team as needed.
