Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager at tesa is responsible for optimizing marketing processes, technology, and data analytics to drive efficient and impactful marketing execution. This role oversees marketing operations and digital marketing, leading a team to ensure alignment with business objectives, sales initiatives, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize marketing processes and efficiency by streamlining workflows, campaign execution, and lead management.
- Leverage data and analytics to develop performance dashboards, track key marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Own the martech stack by managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools for seamless execution.
- Drive digital marketing execution through oversight of email marketing, paid media, website optimization, and digital campaign performance.
- Enhance lead generation and nurturing by collaborating with sales to improve lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Partner with sales, IT, and leadership to align marketing operations with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency by supporting campaign execution with automation, content distribution, and reporting to maintain strong brand presence.
- Identify opportunities for innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, marketing operations, CRM management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to travel as required, up to 15% (valid driver's license required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives without direct authority, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Technically capable and a proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
