About the role

The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including campaign management, analytics, and project coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from planning to launch
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights to improve future campaigns
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain marketing processes and workflows
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Ads and other PPC advertising platforms
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule
